The most destructive thing you can do on the road to your healthiest and slimmest self is to force yourself to eat LESS than what feels good in your body.
If you’re resisting a snack when you really want one, or going to bed hungry, here’s your permission slip to just let yourself off the hook. Instead, make small tweaks to increase the quality of what you’re putting in your body. Pay attention to what your body digests well, what makes you feel energetic, what tastes GOOD to you. And then eat those things with a sense of joy, freedom and appreciation.
