I know the world would have you believe that you have to struggle to be and look like your best self.But you can choose to believe different. I don’t think looking and feeling good should be hard; our brains and bodies are designed to have that as our natural state. So if anything, the process toward looking good and feeling should feel more like a journey back to our selves, our tastes, our preferences, our joy.
Think about it: we want to be healthy as we think it will make us happy. So try doing things that make you happy in order to get there. Sounds like a lot more fun than deprivation and self-loathing, hey?
