How to ‘undo’ a binge

This is a reminder that after a binge, you need to give yourself more self-compassion, not less.

We all go through phases of being unkind to our bodies, and the way to balance it out after is smother ourselves with love and care.
Don’t make things worse by punishing yourself.

The only question to ask yourself after a binge is the same question we should be asking ourselves in every moment: what can I do right now to give myself some feel good vibes?

Sometimes that’s kale, other times it’s 2 margaritas. It’s the intention you infuse it with that matters.
